I've had the same hairstyle for a while now and I keep wanting to change it but don't know what to do! I've always wanted to go lighter...even blonde but don't know if that would look silly as my hair is so dark. I've look at lots of celebrity hairstyles and like lots of them but don't know if they would suit me. I need some advice!

You just look gorgeous the way you are, like everyone above already said!
Don't go blonde, as it won't suit your complexion (it will make you look "greyish"). Plus going blonde when your hair is that dark means really high maintenance to keep your roots from showing too much (and they're gonna be really obvious btw!) and "color rules" say that you shouldn't go 2 shades lighter than your eyebrows color!
If you want to do something, try a chestnut brown like this:

Really short hair would look fantastic on you because you have a gorgeous face and feautures.

The colour of your eyes contrasts very well with your hair colour, it gives you a very exotic look. If you go blonde, you'll be the same as every other blonde haired, blue eyed bimbo. If you want to change your hair colour then go for a dark brunette. And this haircut would suit you,

why don't you try going light brown and have Blonde or caramel highlights in it and maybe have it a little bit shorter not only will it make your hair breathe more but it will bring out your face more and make you looke preetier

Oh my gosh, you are so pretty! I love you're hair the way it is! I love the way blue eyes and black hair go together. And if you want to go lighter, (which I don't think you should) you would have to bleach you're whole head. I would just suggest, maybe getting some hair tools, like curling irons, or straitening irons, just to make different.

It would also look good if you lightly curled it. I know curls go much better with a round face but I think it will look fine

Don't bleach it at first, try hightlighting it. That way if you don't like it , it won't be a big deal to just the highlights grow out. I think you would look great with some lighter tones through your hair.
