Hair help!!?

OK well my hair is just below my breast, has a little bit of layers but not a lot, blonde, i have an oval face, almond shape eyes, high cheek bones (i am Finnish...not an ugly one though...)

i am look for something that will have a lot of choppy layers, this is the shortest i will go...http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=h... i want it to make my cheek bones stand out and my forhead look a TAD smaller it not that big but haha.... links would be great!

I would find a stylist that knows how to cut a 180 degree haircut, for long layers. probably someone older from the 80's. The cut was popular back then. Frame your face starting at the cheek bone and then add a nice color to the front peices that start at your cheek's, If you can wear warm colors maybe a darker brown/red. Good luck
