2)plug it in and sraiten your hair

3)maybe blowdry it a bit

first you need very long hair in a very light natural blonde shade, next you need it cut into long layers, then you need it set on large rollers. when they are dry spray them down with hair spray, take them out and run your fingers throught the curls to loosen them up. then your done.

wash your hair and dry it with some type of frizz ease

straighten your hair

take you hair and put it in section like on on top one in the middle and on at the bottom hanging

take a 1" curling iron and curl your hair from your ear down

make she you spray the curl so it will stay!

first of all your hair has to be long like that but assuming it is: use a curling iron thats like a 2" barrell take about 2-3" sections w/ the ron start at the top of the section of hair (close to the roots) clamp it and run it down until you get to the end and spirl it up the barrel away from yur face but dont wrap it all the way. let it stay on the iron a few second and hairspray. do that all over, make sure when you curl it you do it away from your face that really important
