But sometimes they don't exactly get it right.

I wanted to look Ashlee Simpson, but when I got out, I looked more Marylin Manson. ICK.

Make sure for one your have a good hairdresser, and two, make sure it's a more simple style.

you can go to a cosmetologist in a salon. make sure they have a few years behind thier belt. if you can bring in a picture of the front and back to the celebritys hair, this helps for more guidance.

It used to be about talent, but these days it's all about image. Hollywood is so messed up. People strive for perfection, but is there such a thing? Hollywood definitely sends out a negative message to women especially young girls. They make you believe that beauty only looks a certain way. So that is when people get plastic surgery to change how God created them. I think celebrities have a lot to do with the reason why a lot of women have low self-esteem (excuse my ranting)

here:If you are still in high school, check and see if your school has a vocational school/community college that they work with. Often, you can spend one-half to two-thirds of your day learning how to be a hair stylist and spend the other part doing normal school work back at your high school (math, English, history). Plus, if you do this during junior and senior year, you might be able to go right into the industry.

If you are out of high school, check the local paper for beauty schools, or ask your personal hair stylist where she went. Apply to more than one school, if possible.

Contact the schools and set up a meeting with the advisor.

If you are accepted, enroll and attend all your classes. Some will be hands on, others will be like traditional school.

After completing the classes, look for beauty shops with openings for new stylists. Send in your application, do your best at the interview, and you may just be hired! Similarly, you could open up your own salon if you have enough money.

[edit] TipsThe hair industry is a highly competetive one. Don't be offended if it takes a few tries for you to get hired, especially fresh out of beauty school.

Don't be offended if a regular customer stops coming to you. It's not an insult to you personally, so just forget it and move on.

If you are stuck between getting the Victoria bob or the Tiffani long layers, try to picture each one with your own face not theirs and go from there. Base your decision on the shape of your face (and features!) and your wardrobe and accessories.

I personally feel that Tiffani's locks would look good on almost everyone and Victoria's bob is more out there and would look good on only some people. (requires more of striking face features)

They lose their hair, and they probably do have some kind of toupee or hair transplant. Two examples that I know of (because they openly admit it): David Letterman (Toupee), and Richard Simmons (hair transplant).

Sometimes they just shave their head completely or near-completely bald (Bruce Willis, Paul Sheaffer, Andre Agassi).

use a texturizer on your hair, and curl 1" section on a large barrel curling iron. Don't let it set around the iron for too long, or you will get curls that are too defined. Do not brush out, or they will loose any definition. Don't use any hairspray products until its perfect...if you use a spray during, they again will be too defined.
