the way they do it is they take a bit of your hair from the side make it wet, cut it and they make your hair go to that position

Use big curling irons

Put it in a messy bun after taking a shower but don't blow dry and then release your bun should be pretty close to looking like that!

print off a few pictures of the styles that you like (witht he side swept bangs) to your stylist. Make sure you show her a few pictures, just so she knows exactly what you want. You can use a frizz ease serum like Sunsilk (its in a pink bottle) or BioSilk or even some Bioloage products (use the products while your hair is damp). They work great!! As far as curling it, instead of putting your hair in side the iron, just wrap 1-2 inch sections AROUND the curling iron for about 20 seconds. Use a etra hold hair spray (but not too much or it will get stiff and look unnatrual). If you also use a heat spray before wrapping your hair around the iron it will protect your hair from heat. Your hair will smoke, but all its doing it burning the product you sprayed instead of your actual hair. I hope i could help some! Good luck girl!

Ok, to get the side bangs, al you have to do is cut the front of your hair (where the bangs would be) to about right under or right at your lips. trust me, thats how mine is.

and i like how miley's hair is too, but i think to get your/my hair like that we just need a curling iron to curl it
