we have to look like the celebrity were being, and i have long red hair so it's perfect. I just don't know what to wear.

Also my friend doesn't know who to be and she has really curly brownish/reddish hair. Any ideas on who she should be?

Pretty much anything that makes you look easy,like a mini skirt and disco-type backless halter top-.don't forget to put freckles ALL over yout face and body,(which you might already have if you are a natural red-head)put so much tanning lotion on that it turns you orange and wear an ankle alcohol monitor(one you make yourself and don't actaully have,hopefully!)lol. Oh- and put a buttload of white powder ALL around and on your nose and remember the big,owl-eye,dark sunglasses. Have fun!! =D
