Go to any department store. If you go to M.A.C and make it clear what you want, they can help you. And if you go to a M.A.C in macy's i know for a fact they can't charge you. If they try to ask to speak to their manager... cause that's just wrong. They should help you figure out what colors are good for you and how to apply them... And if the service is good, buy a few products, or tip the artist(tip stealthily though, cause it's technically not allowed). The products are pricey, but quality so it's worth it.
