I say the guys with longer hair (e.g. Zac Efron, Tom Welling from Smallville, Ashton Kutcher). Also why do people think its okay for guy celebrities to have longer hair but not normal guys? Like I hear women swoon over Patrick Dempsey's hair but if they see another guy, just as good looking (if you think P. Dempsey is, bleh), with the same hair, they say he needs a haircut. I like longer hair on guys. Maybe I belonged in the 70's. Haha.

I agree with the longer hair only on celebs. I think it might be because celebs hair has constant attention and always looks very professional. When you have longer hair its a lot harder to make it look nice and neat always. So people will say you need a haircut! Even though a celeb with a similiar haircut might be thought of a "hot".
