Ok, to start off, i dont want your opinion on the celebrity im choosing to style my hair like, lol. I want to know how I can do my hair like this, with detailed instructions. all help is appreciated!

~That is done with big hot rollers.

Use mousse and roll small strands and leave them in until the roller is cooled off completely then take out and shake and spray with a good hair spray.

That's a little hard to do at home. I don't reeally know what kind of hair you have, but i'll give you instructions for someone with straight hair. Blow dry you hair with a brush, flipping out. Use heat protection hairspray and mist gently all over. Get a '1"-2 inch curling iron and wave you hair for only a few seconds and gently pull out. Finish the rest of your hair with the iron and gently spray a frizz spray if you want it to be in place throughout the whole day. Ta-da!

There are two ways to do this. The more natural looking one (and cheaper) is with velco curlers. First, take a shower and use a weightless or volumizing mousse to help give hold and body. Then, blow dry. Then, roll the hair up in the large velcro rollers (10-12 should cover your whole head). Hairspray as you roll if you find that your hair has a hard time holding its shape. Then, blow dry on a high heat, low airflow setting. Once you are sure they've been sufficiently heated (all the way through!!!!!!) let them cool with the rollers still in your hair. Once they are completely cool (10-15 minutes for most people), you can take them out. Flip your head upside down and comb with your fingers to make it look more natural. If you feel you need to, use one last layer of hairspray. There ya go, all done.

The second is hot rollers. these are more expensive but a little less work for you. They also give you a more "made up" look (less natural). Follow the directions on the package.

first of all, great choice, it very nice.

use hot rollers, or if you can dampen your hair and loosly wrap it around a LARGE hair roller/curler. (i cant think of what its called, but its like cushiony and you wrap your hair around it and close a clip looking thing over it to make it stay) as long as it is done loosly, and you hair is completly dry spray hairspray in your hair and unwrap it. onmce its unwrapped, use a COMB to lighly detangle any parts, and to make them the way you want them to llok. when your done with that, again spray your hair with hair spray. and your done

I did that to my hair and it worked for my so thats the best i can give you. and GOOD LUCK...its gona look great
